Hi, I’m Allison.

Family Law Attorney.

Teacher.

Wife.

Mother.

Breast cancer survivor.

My story starts here, but my future is wide open. So is yours.

Originally from the Midwest, I was a teacher in Chicago for eight years before returning to school to study law. After graduating from Creighton University School of Law with a focus on family law studies and negotiations, I migrated south to Dallas. Since receiving my Texas law license in 2012, I have practiced family law exclusively.

I am passionate about both family law and education. The combination of the two is where clients find the best outcomes to their cases, and providing pre-divorce guidance is essential for clients to achieve the best outcome to their divorce.

Through extensive experience representing clients in all types of divorce and child custody cases, in trials, mediations and informal negotiations, it is clear the most successful divorces are those in which the clients are knowledgable about the legal process and the potential outcomes of their case before filing, and they have had the chance to prepare both personally and financially for the divorce case and their post-divorce future before ever starting their legal case.

Each divorce case is unique and so are the people behind it. There are numerous options in divorce matters, and it is crucial to understand how those options will play-out in real life. Take the time to learn what you need to know and how to privately prepare for divorce before ever starting the legal process.

Your story can have any next chapter that you would like. Let me guide you how best to get there.
